We are seeking an Project Coordinator to provide proactive day to day administrative assistance to the Personal Assistant of Infrastructure Director and to efficiently manage the Document Controllers team to ensure smooth operations delivery.

Requirements

Technical Competencies

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Proven filing and document control capability

  • Knowledge of project processes

  • Experience in dealing with high profile clients in the Middle East Region

  • Experience in managing a senior executive’s schedule, travel arrangements and handling his emails.

  • Experience in managing administration teams

Behavioural Competencies

Essential

  • Ability to liaise with a wide variety of employees and clients at all levels.

  • Able to act on own initiative and operate in a proactive way

  • Able to pick up corporate systems swiftly.

Responsibilities

  • Performs clerical or administrative work in support to general business operations using administrative, data organizing and coordination skills

  • Coordinates delivery of office and business support services and performs duties according to established procedures

  • Requires vocational training or the relevant experience, but does not require a university degree
