If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, at least 2 years of recruiting experience, and a burning desire to change the world, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
Source candidates using various methods to build a robust pipeline
Screen candidates through resume reviews and phone screenings
Design job postings and manage candidate experience
Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment terms
Manage onboarding and new hire processes
Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2 years of recruiting experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
Income Model: Our revenue model ensures a minimum income of AED 12.000 per month, with onboarding taking a maximum of 2 months. We expect a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week. Non-Competition Clause: Recruiters are encouraged to support recruitment for charities and NGOs but cannot combine this position with other recruiter roles in the same sectors.
