This role combines responsibilities with employee engagement, growth, diversity & inclusion, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. As HR Business Partner Associate reporting to the Marine & Offshore Zone HR Manager (IMEA), you will have the following responsibilities:
- Support HR projects/initiatives, including employer branding, talent acquisition, retention, learning and development....
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes enhancingemployer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent,
- Help to identify training needs and design andorganize learning & development programs(translating grouptools & solutions to the local needs),
- Work in close collaboration with Group Learning & Development tribe,D&I team, and the network,
- Support implementation of Zone's D&I approach inall aspects of people processes (attract, engage, grow)
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies,
- Gather and analyze data using HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve processes and practices,
- As a part of the the Zone's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team,help promotea culture of social responsibility,and engage initiatives as per the zone priority goals.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Zone HR Manager.
If you have...
- 5-7years of working experiencein a similar role,
- Enthusiasm for developing people,diversity and inclusion, and corporate social responsibility initiatives,
- Has keen eye for details, excellent grasp of numbers, and strong sense of integrity,
- Good time management, organisation, and interpersonal skills,
- Active insocial media, preferably in LinkedIN,
- Ability to work independently and on a team,
- Goodlevel of English,
- Good knowledge of MS Officeand HRIS systems(ie SAP Success Factors)
