Responsibilities:
· Manage the overall administration of all finance-related matters, including but not limited to cost control, budgeting, accounting, audit and tax reporting as well as financial analysis:
· Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to statutory and HQ requirements;
· Prepare vouchers and be responsible for data input into accounting system and internal records, perform validation and filing on timely and systematic manner;
· Oversee Account Payable and Payroll functions, ensure all payments comply with company's internal control policies;
· Manage the daily transactions for bank, petty cash and ensure reconciliations and cash flow projection;
· Fill in tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements;
· Liaise with auditors to prepare annual returns and audited financial statements;
· Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommend policies and procedures;
· Assist regional management with Account Receivable collection matters (Payments, WHT receipts, reconciliations, etc.);
· Prepare quarterly, annual budget in Hyperion Planning as per the HQ & regional guidelines;
· Budget and forecast annual operating expenses and allocated resources effectively to ensure budget priorities are met with adequate cash flow;
· Prepare analysis reports for cost control and present for senior management's review;
· Partake and provide financial advices in new project initiatives for control, system and process improvements;
· Perform other ad-hoc assignments when necessary.
Desired experience and qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in accounting;
· ACCA/CPA or equivalent;
· Prior Big 4 experience;
· 5-7 years' experience in MNC finance.
Requirements:
· Responsibility and accountability;
· Attention to details, strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and communications skills;
· Maturity, hard-working nature, ability to work independently and under pressure;
· Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, knowledge of Axapta, Ariba, Concur is an advantage;
· Good command in written and spoken English;
· Immediate availability is preferred.
This is a temporary position (maternity leave cover). Estimated start date - 1. June 2024. Contract end date - 30. November 2024.
