1. JOB PURPOSE:
Heavily involved in the planning & Execution process of projects, related to Buildings and Facilities.
2. KEY RESULTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Experienced in buildings, facilities projects
• Actively contribute to the annual budget implementation, evaluate and recommend specific adjustments during the implementation to projects/activities needs.
• Ensure the timely submission of business measurable objectives to the concern supervisor.
• Ensure proper integration and coordination with works followed and carried out for other disciplines.
• Ensure the right selections of all building materials since this decision will directly affect the cost of future maintenance by close coordination with Planning & Design Section during design phase.
• Ensure smooth and efficient handing over of buildings & facilities constructed under supervision of Projects Execution Section by close coordination and active collaboration during execution.
• Ensure the proper decisions had been made in a building's design to use long-lasting materials and equipment, for Value Engineering Concept.
• Bachelor’s in engineering from a recognized university.
• 3-7 years’ experience in similar filed with emphases in building facilities operations systems.
• Excellent knowledge and intensive experience with international civil programs and standards, functions, systems, procedures, and knowledge of quality & safety standards and projects management.
• Possess good leadership skills including the ability to lead & motivate his team, decision-making skills, ability to perform multitasking, follow up and planning abilities, time management, and good computer skills.
• Very good communication skills, fluent in report writing and group facilitation; presentation skills, and fluency in speaking and writing in English and Arabic.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, business innovation, and customer service orientation.
