Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Location : UAE Responsibilities: • Partner with the HR team and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategic learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Recruit and onboard candidates from different platforms including LinkedIn.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning effectiveness to continuously improve learning programs and initiatives.
• Partner with talent acquisition recruitment efforts, including employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Provide expertise and guidance on talent management practices, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development and learning technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a learning and development professional, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Certified Professional in HRM (CHRM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for driving employee development and engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
