Job Description - Admin Coordinator - Travel & Quality Assurance

Job Description:


Responsibilities:

  • Contact hotels in the Middle East and Africa for roadshow bookings.
  • Assist with roadshow planning, coordination, and staff travel.
  • Manage roadshow logistics, budgets, and vendor contracts.
  • Support on-site during roadshows and conduct post-event evaluations.
Desired Skill & Expertise:


Skills Required:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • UAE National with Family Book.
