Job Description - Key Account Manager Mandarin Speaker

The Role:

Guildhall is partnering with a leading international logistics company to recruit a Key Account Manager in the UAE. Responsibilities include maintaining key client relationships, overseeing financial settlements, tracking finances, and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and tap into potential major client resources.
  2. Establish and maintain robust customer relationships.
  3. Meet customer needs with professional service solutions enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Understand market dynamics, providing customers with industry-specific professional advice and logistics solutions.
  5. Coordinate company resources to ensure the fulfillment of service commitments and efficiently handle customers' daily business needs.
  6. Responsible for negotiating and signing major client contracts, monitoring contract performance, and safeguarding company interests.
  7. Collect customer feedback, collaborate with internal teams, and continuously optimize service processes.
  8. Prepare sales reports, track and analyze business data, and continuously improve business strategies.

Requirements Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management with a preference for backgrounds in logistics or express delivery industries.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  4. Strong market analysis and independent problem-solving abilities.
  5. In-depth understanding of the logistics market with industry insight.
  6. Good time management and project management skills capable of working under pressure and effectively handling multiple tasks.
  7. High level of professionalism and teamwork spirit with the ability to work well under pressure.
  8. Fluent in both Mandarin and English with great written and verbal communication skills.
