Logistics Specialist

We are looking to expand our team with a Logistics Specialist (Entry level) to support warehouse activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Inspection and quality control of incoming goods
• Packing and order dispatch
• Register data in the company's ERP systems
• Coordination with logistic providers
• Create and manage import/export documentation
• Liaise with customs for goods clearance
• Manage goods transit within free zones
• Ensure smooth inbound/outbound logistics

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor degree (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation)
• Previous work experience in the aviation industry is considered a strong advantage. Fresh graduates with internship experience can also be considered.
• Knowledge of Free Zone and customs regulations in the UAE
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Valid UAE driving license and own car

Language Requirements :

• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Hindi / Arabic / French / Chinese as a second language is preferred
