Responsibilities • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for monitors and ensure timely renewals.
• Ensure compliance with venue licenses and renew licenses as necessary.
• Utilize the company vehicle to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to various locations.
• Drive to suppliers, vendors, and other relevant locations for procurement purposes.
• Assist in setting up venues for events or operational activities.
• Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate terms and conditions for procurement agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Requirements • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining office files and records.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
• Flexibility to work occasional evening or weekend hours.
