Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead our modern workplace strategy leveraging the Microsoft Office 365 platform. Role Overview: As the Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for spearheading the modernization of our workplace environment through the strategic utilization of Microsoft Office 365. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Office 365 solutions to meet organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with best practices and security standards.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams in leveraging Office 365 tools for enhanced productivity and streamlined workflows.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Office 365 solutions.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for the adoption and integration of Office 365 applications, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
* Configure, customize, and maintain Office 365 applications based on the organization's needs, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
* Drive user training and support initiatives to facilitate a smooth transition and maximize utilization of Office 365 capabilities.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements and features within the Office 365 ecosystem, assessing their potential applicability within Emirates Post Group. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) would be a plus.
* Extensive professional experience in IT operations, with a focus on designing and implementing Office 365 solutions in complex environments.
* Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including hands-on expertise in configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex initiatives, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of collaborating across departments and levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and user adoption of new technologies.
* Familiarity with security and compliance considerations within Office 365 environments.
