Talent Coordinator

In this role, you will:

• Be Immaculate with the Details and understand the value of the details and move through the coordinating workflow with attention and thoroughness.
• Be an Expert Communicator and communicate the right information to the right people at the right time.
• Be a Self-starter and self-driven, enjoy autonomy, and can execute independently to deliver strong results.
• Be a Collaborator to quickly respond to new information (shifts in pace, volume, structure, and strategy), reprioritize effectively without compromising on quality, and value people over process.
• Be a Critical Thinker and accurately identify roadblocks, rally the resources, provide options to our partners and execute with care and efficiency.
• Be an Optimizer and find the most efficient way to coordinate the logistics of an interview and also deliver an incredible experience for both our candidates and stakeholders.
• Be able to handle high-volume interview/panelist scheduling.
• Must have prior Talent Coordinating experience.
