Job Description:

As a Warehouse Supervisor in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse facility to ensure efficient storage and distribution of goods. You will be supervising a team of warehouse staff, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize the supply chain process. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing FMCG goods.
• Ensure all goods are properly handled, labeled, and stored according to company standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and support when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet demand.
• Plan and coordinate the dispatch of goods to customers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Monitor warehouse performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes and minimize costs.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Qualifications for Warehouse Supervisor (FMCG):
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse operations within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
