Responsibilities
• Process accounts payable invoices and reconcile with purchase orders and receipts • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records • Communicate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies • Maintain confidentiality of financial information • Assist with month-end closing activities • Prepare and analyze financial reports • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Identify areas for process improvement • Provide support for audits and external reporting
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related role • Solid understanding of general ledger (GL) functions and accounts payable procedures • Proficient in manufacturing accounting and 3-way match process • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities • Knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures
