Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing sales, new business and maximizing profit margin opportunities with existing & prospective customers throughout the company key and potential market segments in the MENA-APAC region in line with targets set by the company.
• Visiting clients throughout the region to present the TME offer & face-to-face negotiation to close sales.
• Reviewing projects & researching markets and registering TME on approved vendor lists
• Cross selling to existing customers increasing share of wallet
• Recording & reporting market feedback on price, competitor strategy, market trends, won/lost orders, channels to market/regulations/barriers to entry etc.
• Strategizing & developing business plans for each market segment & country within the region
• Attending key networking, trade & industry events & exhibitions
• Creating quotations & offers for major contracts, key clients and customers as necessary.
• Follow-up on enquiry-to-payment
• Developing network matrix & contact database of key decision makers and influencers and record in the CRM system.
• Developing marketing strategy
• Ensure house keeping / 5S is sustained and kept to a high standard.
• Support and compliance to ISO 9001, API Spec Q1, and other QMS requirements towards achievement of our Quality Policy, Mission and Vision Statements, and (department) Quality Objectives
• Responsible and accountable for the HSE performance within the department
• Implement the HSE Policy in the department and ensure procedures are in place including the achievement of department's Objectives and promotion of HSE Programs;
• Instill, by action, training and consultation, a positive HSE culture among all departmental staff
