Activités:

1. Identify, assess and qualify potential suppliers along with user/HSE departments including but not limited to anti and pre-risk analysis
2. Identify short and long term risks to the assigned categories, review supplier base and develop action plans to minimize the risks/maximize the value to the Company
3. Lead and organize tenders efficiently in line with the Purchase Plan and complying with the Company's procedures and defined KPIs
4. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to meet quality cost and delivery objectives
5. Effective use of the Company's Procurement tools: eTendering Agora Supplier Evaluation
6. Collaborate with Legal & concerned departments to contract selected vendors
7. Identify critical suppliers and organize business reviews to evaluate, monitor & improve supplier's performance
8. Prepare KPIs report Supplier data base management reevaluation of suppliers with user departments
9. Build strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers to achieve defined objectives
10. Identify opportunities and implement actions to continually reduce inefficiencies from the existing tasks and processes

ACCOUNTABILITIES: The main objective is to ensure that the purchases are made within the budgeted value as per the purchasing procedures listed in the purchasing plan. Ensure availability of goods and services at all times to the specifiers. Strict adherence and compliance towards Group Procurement policies (Human Rights, Fundamentals of Purchasing, Anti, etc.), HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliates HSEQ Policy Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all times. Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all activities. Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to positions, roles and responsibilities. Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliates QHSE Policy Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all times. Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management. Reporting of near misses incidents hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality HSE Energy policies and Manuals. Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required. Ensure full adherence to the company's compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities. Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.
