As a proud United Arab Emirates company located in Abu Dhabi , we are committed to manufacturing high-quality products for our customers. With the continued growth of our business, we are seeking to hire a skilled Computer Technician to join our Operations team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Computer Technician to manage and maintain our company's computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining our network systems, and implementing new technologies across various departments including CCTV, telephones, intercoms, RFID systems, and other IT-related tasks.

Main Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, file servers, ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on devices and systems including CCTV, telecommunication equipment, and RFID setups.
• Perform routine maintenance and software updates to ensure optimal functioning of IT infrastructure.
• Assist in implementing new system hardware and software, ensuring integration with existing network systems.
• Respond to user service requests and expediently resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
• Monitor network to ensure network functionality and availability to all system users.
• Install, configure, and maintain security solutions, including firewalls and anti-virus software.
• Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Train staff on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support for project presentations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role.
• Experience with LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies.
• Hands-on experience with common software and hardware.
• Technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.
• Professional certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is an asset.
