Join Our Team as a Factory Supervisor in Dubai!

Are you experienced in manufacturing operations and passionate about leading a team to success? We're seeking a skilled Factory Supervisor to join us in Dubai!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the factory, including production, quality control, and safety
• Supervise and motivate factory workers to meet production targets and quality standards
• Assign tasks and ensure that work is completed efficiently and accurately
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality metrics
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations
• Handle employee relations issues and performance management as needed

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals
• Understanding of production processes and quality control principles
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using computers and production software
