Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for all IT related issues and ensuring adherence to the SLA.
• Supporting Internet, desktops, laptops, laser printers, laser scanners, projectors, and other computer hardware and peripherals.
• Managing Wi-Fi performance, Monitor Cisco Cloud Miraki based Access Points and Anti- Virus software.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems, computer software and hardware.
• Manage and Administrate Servers, Applications, Firewalls, Enterprise backup and network infrastructure. Ensured adherence to the SLA within the network.
• Identifying performance problems and malfunctions
• Relocating or moving existing equipment as required.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge about backup software like Synology
• Experience in managing Business Application preferably WMS (Warehouse Management)/ Inventory or supply chain applications.
• Open to learn new technology and business applications as per companies’ requirements.
• Network Management understanding.
• Familiarity with ITIL and its applications.
• Work with reports, root cause analysis.
• Vendor negotiation, Work with vendors for solution and their support.
• Bachelor of Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Certifications in Cisco & Microsoft Preferred.
