Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

– Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing, and configuring software, and resolving network connectivity problems.

– Administer and maintain our Azure Active Directory and Office365 environment, including managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.

– Configure and maintain our SharePoint environment, including creating sites, libraries, and workflows, and providing end-user training.

– Assist with the deployment and management of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.

– Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, and firewalls.

– Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations and security.

Job Requirements:

– At least 3 years of experience in IT Desktop Support.

– Experience administering and maintaining Azure Active Directory and Office365.

– Experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows.

– Microsoft certifications in Azure Active Directory, Office365, or SharePoint are a plus.

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
