Procurement Engineer

WINTER Refrigeration is looking for a Procurement Engineer to join our team in Dubai UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Know about the equipment materials and supplies used in the industry and their suppliers.
• Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements.
• Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage to ensure goods delivery in a timely manner.
• Prepare documentation for internal processes as per ISO standards.
• Shall be able to review static equipment
• Generate PO for equipment material and services.
• Ensure the purchasing activities and deliverables are undertaken in accordance with agreed Requisition documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Work experience minimum 3 years with technical expertise
• Market knowledge in the sourcing of equipment materials and services.
• Familiarity with procurement processes including vendor selection negotiation and contract management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of procurement system (ERP)
• Good English written and spoken High Computer skills
