Production Manager

As the Production Manage r, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing our production process, ensuring resource availability, maintaining safety and environmental standards, achieving business objectives, and cultivating a motivated team environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the manufacturing process, with a primary focus on maintaining smooth and efficient production lines. Working collaboratively with line leaders and maintenance staff, you will strategically plan work schedules, establish achievable targets, and uphold rigorous quality standards to ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality finished products

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Planning department to schedule daily and weekly production orders.
• Manage and allocate tasks to the production team, monitoring progress and establishing priorities.
• Oversee the overall production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to procedures.
• Communicate production targets to the team and facilitate shift briefings focusing on quality, cost, and delivery.
• Implement quality control programs and monitor product standards.
• Plan and allocate necessary resources, including workforce, raw materials, and machinery.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide direction to team members.
• Motivate the team to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address non-conformance issues and implement corrective measures.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, ensuring appropriate reporting and action closure.
• Monitor task completion and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing management.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.
• Proficiency in resource planning and allocation.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
