Job Description - SEO Expert & Graphics Designer

Our client is a German manufacturer of home appliances, recognized globally for its commitment to innovation and quality. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled SEO Expert and Graphic Designer on a freelance basis to enhance the online presence and create visually appealing materials for various marketing channels. Responsibilities: SEO Management:
Conduct a thorough audit of our website and web shop, presenting recommended strategies and scope based on findings.
Develop a monthly scope of work derived from audit insights.
Propose and implement a monthly plan of actions to optimize our online presence.
Organic Social Media Calendar (FB Only):
Create 10 engaging posts and 10 stories monthly for our Facebook page.
Write captions in both English and Arabic for posts; stories to be in English.
Utilize videos and images from the central image/video library.
Occasionally handle ready-made topical content from HQ, requiring posting and Arabic caption translation.
Community Management:
Manage inquiries/questions on our Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Handle global IG account centrally by forwarding specific UAE inquiries/questions to the local team.
Directly address messages on the local FB account.
Respond to comments and questions under posts and stories.
Monthly Service Flyer:
Design a printed flyer for distribution during installation and service visits.
Highlight new products, promotions, extended warranties, and cooking experiences.
Create a master template for monthly adaptation.
Use images from the image/video library.
Format: A4, double-sided.
Monthly Cooking Experience Schedule:
Design a printed inlay for our Experience Center displaying the monthly cooking experience schedule.
Create a master template for monthly adaptation.
Size: H 23.8 x W 17.6 cm, double-sided.
Monthly Newsletter:
Develop a digital newsletter using Flexmail (email newsletter tool).
Broadcast the newsletter to our database monthly.
Access and training on Flexmail provided by the central CRM team.
Utilize images from the central image/video library.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in SEO management and graphic design.
Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Flexmail or similar email newsletter tools is a plus.
Additional Job Details:
Required: 7 to 10 Hours per Month
Remote work but preference for those already in UAE.
