Job Description - Senior Executive Partner Relations

About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Senior Executive – Partner Relations (Emirati) to join TECOM Group . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Manage the Business Partners accounts (Account manager) and efficiently handling the Industrial long term land lease Musataha Agreements with a lease duration between 30 to 49 years.
  • Manage internal and external communication and serve as the main point of contact for assigned business partners.
  • Building solid and lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and open communication, nurturing these relationships, and driving mutual growth and profitability.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships by Understanding business partners' needs and developing plans to address them.
  • Guide new Business Partners through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to move-in and operation commencement.
  • Support, identify, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the organization’s strategic goals and manage the relationship life cycle with existing Business Partners.
  • Manage the Business Partner accounts and maintain updated records for all documents in an organized manner by guiding the document controller and other departments.
  • Keep the Business Partners up to date with all the development and project progress in DI and continually explore the opportunities of possible land expansions or building products (new revenue to be generated).
  • Oversee the lifecycle of partnerships, from identification and vetting to contract negotiation and ongoing management.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration or any relevant field.

Minimum 6-8 years experience in a business environment with preferably a customer service

  • nature.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to write reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, financial acumen, and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
