Sr. QHSE Engineer - Electrical/Mechanical Manufacturing, Sharjah

We are looking for Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer with HSE for our client which is a Manufacturing company for refrigeration Air conditioning.

Job location: Sharjah

Candidates from similar background is preferable and an added advantage.

Job Description:

1. Executive support function in establishing, implementing, maintaining and the improvement of the company's quality, environmental and occupational health, and safety management system as per the ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 standard, and other relevant requirements.

2. Ensuring that the established, implemented, and existing quality, environmental and occupational health, and safety management system is appropriate, suitable and works for the company's overall benefit, as intended.

3. Carry out Process (Quality / FMEA) Risk Assessment of the company's operations, annually and/or when required.

4. Carry out Environmental Aspect and Significance Impact and Risk Assessment of the company's operation annually and/or when required.

5. Carry out Occupational Health and Safety Hazard Risk Assessment of the company's operation annually and/or when required.

6. Develop, revise, and maintain Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Operational Control Procedures.

7. Carry out of an Internal Audit of the company's quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system annually, and/or when required and necessary, as per instruction from the Quality Assurance Manager.

8. Cross-functional job coordination with the production department, MRP, purchasing, stores, quality control, human resources, design and development, maintenance, after sales, sales and HSE relating to the company's quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system and relevant performance targets and objectives.

9. Coordination with and support of the maintenance department on documentation and records preparation and review prior to the annual ISO audits.

10. Provide training to employees based on the company's quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system and as per ISO requirements annually and/or when required and necessary.

Experience:

• Cooler and Freezer Materials Quality assurance: 2 years (Preferred)
• QHSE Engineer With Manufacturing industry: 2 years (Preferred)
