Job Description:
To execute the Digital Performance Marketing strategy for GEMS Education and individual GEMS schools by planning, implementing, measuring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid-search, paid-social, display, affiliate, and paid partnership channels, to impact brand awareness and lead generation.
To maintain a robust digital analytics tracking and reporting framework to ensure all digital marketing efforts are measurable and reports are available on-demand to gain deep insight on digital performance, customer behavior, and evaluate business impact.
To monitor all marketing and sales data & data pipeline, regularly report to the business and identify insights, challenges, and opportunities to drive business decisions.
The position requires a unique blend of digital performance marketing & analytics background, combined with hunger for data-driven insights and actions & excellent communication & presentation skills.
