Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SEO/Web Developer Specialist to join their team. You must be fluent in both English and Arabic, written and spoken, to apply for this role. This position is suitable for someone who has a passion for marketing, developing, metrics, and analytics. Our client offers excellent benefits to their employees. Description:

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to the website
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization in Arabic and English
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites that meet the needs of the business and users
• Edit and optimize content in both Arabic and English for SEO purposes and user engagement
• Analyse website performance and user engagement metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve website and digital marketing performance
• Analyse data to identify trends in the web space
• Make changes to the web codes to improve website position
• Analyse the performance of current SEO strategies
• Offer solutions for strategy improvement
• Identify deficiencies and bugs and offer solutions for deficiencies in a timely manner
• Work with editorial and marketing teams
• Perform ongoing keyword expansion and optimization
• Optimize landing pages for search engine marketing (SEM)

Criteria:

• 7-10 years of experience as SEO Developer or similar role
• 7-10 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
• 5 years of experience web analytics and marketing
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Degree educated
• Critical thinker and good problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be fluent, written and spoken, in English and Arabic
• Must currently reside in the UAE
