Chief of Staff

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to join a leading regulatory authority in Dubai.

As Chief of Staff, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic direction. You will work closely with our CEO, providing insightful counsel based on your analysis of market trends and operational dynamics. Your ability to facilitate decision-making processes will ensure alignment with our organisational goals. You will lead critical strategic projects from inception to completion, coordinating activities across our leadership team. Your oversight of daily operations will enhance productivity and efficiency while implementing key performance indicators to track our progress. Your contribution to refining our policies and procedures will be invaluable, as will your support for our people management strategies.

• Support the CEO in developing and executing strategic plans for the organisation, liaising with multiple teams as needed
• Analyse market trends and operational dynamics to provide insightful counsel to the CEO on a wide range of issues
• Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure alignment with organisational goals
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives that are critical to the organisation, being responsible for end-to-end delivery, status, financial results etc.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of the leadership team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Prepare content for leadership meetings and Executive Board, working with the leadership team and CEO as needed
• Oversee daily operations to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators and organisational metrics
• Contribute to the development and refinement of organisational policies and procedures
• Support people management strategies, including recruitment, development, and retention of staff
