Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our cluster hotels' online platforms.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, display networks, and email marketing.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and email newsletters, to attract and engage target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hotel management teams, sales, and revenue departments, to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives and promotional activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay abreast of changes in search engine algorithms, social media algorithms, and digital advertising policies to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.
• Provide regular reports and updates on digital marketing performance to management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in digital marketing tactics and processes to drive continuous growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
