Conveyancer - Real Estate

A leading real estate company specializing in property management and real estate services in Dubai are looking for a Conveyancer to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record working in Conveyancing or a successful Real Estate Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all necessary documents for the property transfer, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations
• Coordinate property transfer processes with the Dubai Land Department Trustee Office, including reservation and preparation for appointments
• Liaise with the client's mortgage provider to gather all required documentation and information regarding the property, buyer, and seller, as applicable
• Ensure all transactions comply with developer requirements for obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and facilitate the acquisition of NOCs for property sales
• Verify details on cheques and manage the collection, possession, and trustee services of security cheques
• Calculate and manage service charge/community fee transactions with the Owners Association, including clearance and collection of new fees
• Coordinate with banks to obtain liability letters for mortgages and manage the certification process for Powers of Attorney, as needed
• Provide comprehensive support for property transfers, including managing all aspects of the process within the Dubai Land ecosystem

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in conveyancing within the real estate industry.
• Thorough understanding of the UAE real estate market legal and regulatory framework governing property transactions in Dubai.
• Knowledge of the Dubai Land Department Trustee Office procedures and requirements.
• Proficiency in managing financial transactions related to property transfers.
• Excellent track record of organisational, coordination, and communication skills to ensure smooth transfers.
• Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and manage conflicts effectively.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and ability to lead and motivate a team.
