JOB PURPOSE OVERVIEW

Support the Digital Marketing Managers and Director in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital campaigns. Act as an instrumental player in ensuring that campaigns complement Client's and event commercial objectives and strategies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

Corporate and Events

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of digital strategies.
• Provide basic analytical insights, helping optimize customer engagement through CRM.
• Aid and support the social media and Digital Marketing Senior Specialists and Managers in managing Client and event-related social media channels.

DIGITAL MARKETING

• Aid the Digital Marketing Senior Specialist and managers in planning and executing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Senior Specialist and Managers in campaign planning.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns, ensuring alignment with set KPIs and timely adjustments as needed.
• Support budget tracking, ensuring campaigns are efficiently cost-managed.
• Help in relationship management with digital partners, ensuring partnerships remain fruitful and in line with Client's and client event goals.

DATA ANALYSIS & CRM

• Assist in gathering and interpreting data to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Support the Digital Marketing Senior Specialist in extracting data from campaigns for analysis.
• Help maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

SOCIAL MEDIA

• Assist in content creation and scheduling, ensuring alignment with Clients and relevant events brand voice and strategic direction.
• Support the Digital Marketing Senior Specialist in devising monthly content calendars for social media.
• Aid in content creation, scheduling, and ensuring the Client's voice and relevant events remain consistent across all social media channels.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in marketing roles, with a focus on events and entertainment companies/clients.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
