Director of Creative Content

Our client is looking for an experienced Director of Creative Content located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE. Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
• Lead and inspire a team of content creators, designers, and strategists to produce high-quality and compelling content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and other teams to ensure content alignment and consistency.
• Drive innovation and creativity in content creation, exploring new formats, trends, and platforms to engage our audience effectively.
• Analyze content performance metrics and audience insights to iterate and optimize content strategies for maximum impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our content offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in content creation, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Deep understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and social media trends.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and pushing boundaries in content creation.
