Position Title: Director of Revenue Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 27K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. Job Description: ? Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability. ? Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and packages to drive revenue. ? Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in revenue management and hospitality. ? Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust pricing strategies accordingly. ? Oversee the pricing and inventory management of hotel rooms and other revenue-generating areas.

Requirements

Qualifications: ? 40 years old and below ? Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel. ? UAE experience is a must, especially in Dubai. ? Strong individual characteristics to work alone and manage the reservations team. ? Experience in creating a business plan, strategy, and execution.
