Field Marketing Manager - Middle East

Job Description:  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Middle East Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in field marketing, with a strong emphasis on channel marketing. This role will be instrumental in driving demand generation, increasing brand awareness, and supporting our channel partners in the Middle East region. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans tailored to the Middle East market to drive demand generation and lead acquisition. 

• Align marketing strategies with regional sales goals to ensure cohesive and effective execution. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to support their marketing efforts and drive joint marketing initiatives. 

• Develop and manage channel marketing programs, including co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to increase deal registrations and sales opportunities. 

• Coordinate with the global marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, events, email, and social media, to generate leads and nurture prospects. 

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing activities and achieve lead generation targets. 

• Enhance Seclore’s brand presence in the Middle East by promoting key messages, case studies, and thought leadership content. 

• Coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and leverage global campaigns for regional impact. 

• Plan, organize, and execute regional events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and partner events to engage prospects and customers. 

• Ensure successful event execution and follow-up activities to maximize lead conversion. 

• Develop and deliver training and marketing materials to equip channel partners with the tools they need to market and sell Seclore’s solutions effectively. 

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure partners are aligned with sales objectives and marketing initiatives. 

• Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 

• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies. 

• Create and proof marketing materials, such as press releases, webpages, etc.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 

• 5-8 years of experience in field marketing, with a strong focus on channel marketing. 

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and programs. 

• Proficient in English and Arabic with a strong understanding of the Middle East market. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Splash, Asana, etc.

• Excellent budget management ability and vendor negotiation skills 

• Willingness to travel within the Middle East region to meet with channel partners, attend events, and support field marketing activities.
