• If you clear the questionnaire criteria, you will receive a link to the Online Assessment. Please remember that this Assessment is timed and scored, therefore, take your time to fill this out and make sure you complete it within 2 weeks from the day you receive the link. You can only be eligible for the interviews if you clear the Online Assessment and resume screening.
• You will receive a link to do two online assessments: Peak Performance Assessment - A behavioral test assessing how you would react in different situations to measure your fit in the P&G culture. Interactive Assessment - A cognitive test where you can expect a combination of Math, Memory and Sequence questions. For more details about our online assessments, do check our Assessment page .
• Once Successful in the assessments, you move to the interview stage where we conduct up to 3 interviews. You can also visit our Interviews page to learn more about P&G interviewing process and the nature of questions we typically ask during interviews.

• 0 – 5 years of relevant experience
