Job Description - Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Description Job Purpose:
Oversee the Digital Marketing strategy of RTA and direct the digital marketing team to promote various RTA products and services.
Key Results Accountabilities:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
Utilize data and analysis to optimize spend and Return of Investment (ROI) of digital channels.
Develop integrated social media marketing communication programs to support campaigning and other strategic or operational initiatives to promote RTA services, smart services, mobile applications, etc.
Drive and develop an integrated digital marketing strategy for RTA.
Leverage new technologies and digital marketing channels to increase traffic to RTA websites to promote RTA's products and services.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing / Media from a recognized University.
Skills:
7 years of working experience in the digital sphere
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
