The primary purpose of the Market Intelligence Specialist role is to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to gather accurate and up-to-date information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. By leveraging this data, you aim to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and enhance Taqee’f’s competitive positioning in the market.

• Research and provide accurate and up-to-date market data, insight, and product and competitor trends analysis.
• Develop market insights for internal use and update relevant stakeholders, including competitive offerings, financials, pricing, and marketing positioning.
• Maintain product portal information with necessary inputs from the engineering team.
• Conduct market research for growth opportunities in product lineups.
• Attend trade shows and business intelligence events to collect competitors’ data.
• Provide compelling value proposition proposals and product marketing collateral for internal and external purposes.
• Prepare engineering reports by analyzing the application/sales pipeline and orders.
• Prepare market price feedback for key competitors and provide necessary reports.
• Provide feedback on competition market strategies and new product launches.
• Develop and maintain the MBT training calendar that includes the product, field teams, and external customers’ annual training plans.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 + years of experience in a similar role in the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of HVAC products.
• Analytical skills using multiple data sources.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, facilitative skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong business sense and the ability to quickly learn and analyze markets and trends.
