Job Description - Marketing Account Executive

Are you a driven and talented individual with a passion for marketing and client relations We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Account Executive to join the team of one of our client. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company and make a significant impact in the marketing industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management: Drive all marketing initiatives for projects you are managing and track everything in a centralized tool such as Monday.com or Trello.

  • Work closely with the project's CMO and executive team to make sure the project's priorities and most important news are always being covered and promoted

  • Create and Fulfill the Pre and Post Launch Marketing and Content Strategy, including Marketing Campaigns, Content, etc.

  • Manage and drive the content calendar and strategy in coordination with the Writer.

  • Manage the Resources working on your team

  • Create weekly project and status reports.

  • Manage Internal communication related to the projects you are responsible for.

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals in coordination with the project in coordination with the social media manager

  • Set specific social media and digital marketing objectives and report on ROI and results.

  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content as needed in coordination with the team.

  • Work on data analytics and metrics to optimize funnels and help establish a data-driven culture

  • Create Reports on the performance of our digital marketing campaigns and social media sentiment.

  • Work on the KOL onboarding and management along with the team.

What you have to bring:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Marketing Account manager or Digital Marketing Manager within Web3
  • Experience with DeFi platforms is a bonus

  • High-level Project Management and Coordination experience and skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Team player, organized, fast learner, curious, and aligned with our values

  • High ability for problem-solving
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Mid to high-level knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency and the power they represent
  • You have excellent marketing, digital marketing, and time management skills
  • You are able to work independently

  • Fluent in English
  • Bonus points if the candidate has experience in working with web3 venture studios or Marketing Agencies.
