Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Waste Management is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Assistant to join our remote team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing various marketing strategies to promote our services and products. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities - Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials - Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and campaigns - Monitor and report on marketing activities and performance metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in marketing or related field - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for marketing - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software tools - Experience with social media management and digital marketing strategies - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
