Job Description:

A Reputed Retail Group is seeking a talented Emirati National to join our team as a Marketing Executive, specializing in both online and offline channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our luxury brands and enhance our brand presence across various platforms.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement, both online and offline.

Create compelling content for digital platforms, including website, social media, email newsletters, and online advertisements.

Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build a strong online community.

Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

Plan and coordinate offline marketing initiatives, such as events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the company's marketing efforts.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, retail, and product management, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.

Requirements

Emirati nationality.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both online and offline channels.

Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns and driving results.

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of the luxury retail industry is a plus.
