PR Senior Account Executive

• Assist In organizing and execution of events, campaigns etc
• Enhance briefing and content revision skills to effectively communicate with clients and ensure that all PR content is high-quality
• Contribute to the development and the distribution of the PR materials, including Press Releases, Opinion Pieces, Features, newsletters, and videos
• Assist in evaluating content and requests received internally to assure implementation of overall message
• Invent ways to streamline communication and plan execution
• To work closely with Account Managers and support in meeting NNC client's requirements
• Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
• To be creative and actively participate in the formation of new ideas and strategies to better serve clients
• Edit, when necessary, client and media materials including press releases, kit materials, plans, presentations, and reports in both Arabic and English
• Arrange interviews and editorial meetings with key journalists for clients' spokespeople in collaboration with MR - in person or over the phone - and facilitate these meetings where appropriate
• Monitor media coverage and report results to the wider team and clients
• Participate In the brainstorming/initial meetings for accounted and non-account clients that will result in knowledge and capacity building
• Take correct decisions internally and externally that have a right impact on our standards
• Be aware of media representatives and distribute clients' press releases, features, and articles
• Provide input for 360 communications and organizational works and flagships
• Work collaboratively with team members and build strong relations with other departments to obtain knowledge of the clients' requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in public relations or related fields
• Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
• Familiarity with media databases and social media platforms
• Prior experience working in a PR agency, press office or fast-paced media environment is preferable
• Event planning experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and media contacts
• High levels of communication - both presentation, verbal and written skills (Arabic and English)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Great PR & Communication industry knowledge and experience in building influential networks
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
