Real Estate Agent (Primary Market)

Pangea Properties, a USA-originated company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Off Plan Property Consultant to join our successful Primary Real Estate Team in Dubai.

As an Off Plan Property Consultant specializing in the primary market, you will work closely on nurturing clients and understand their needs, provide expert advice with regards to investing in Dubai and guide them towards the right properties, in addition to assisting throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential buyers and investors
• Assist clients in understanding market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the real estate team.
• Serve as clients' primary point of contact, understanding their property requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
• Assist clients in negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions and representing their best interests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with and providing ongoing support throughout the property transaction process.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience in Dubai real estate as an off-plan / primary agent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
• Uphold ethical standards and always maintain client confidentiality.
• Sales-driven and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionally presented at all times.
