Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Markel is seeking a talented and resourceful Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a digital marketing associate, you will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and search engine marketing - Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results - Manage and update the company website and social media platforms to ensure content is relevant and engaging - Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and content for digital marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies and performance - Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using key performance indicators

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively - Excellent negotiation skills to manage relationships with vendors and partners - Resourceful and dedicated with a passion for digital marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
