Digital Marketing Associate

As a Digital Marketing Associate at PepsiCo in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and websites - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and creative assets - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices - Support in the coordination of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives - Assist in the management of budgets and timelines for digital marketing projects

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and passionate about digital marketing - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools - Planning and organizational skills - Experience with social media marketing is a plus
