Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Nike in Dubai. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and display advertising - Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and messaging - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Create compelling content for online platforms, including website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters - Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives - Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize marketing strategies - Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with corporate goals - Support the digital marketing manager in executing overall marketing strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated research skills and the ability to stay current on industry trends - Equal Opportunity Statement:
