Digital Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Aflac is seeking a talented and energetic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This is a full-time remote position with the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation - Manage all digital marketing channels including social media, email, and paid advertising - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and strategies - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to optimize campaign performance - Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and content for various digital platforms - Support the overall marketing team in achieving organizational goals and objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and conversion - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and energetic personality with a passion for digital marketing - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
