Job Description - Marketing Admin Assistant

LVT People is a leading specialist IT recruitment firm. We help companies find the best IT talent and assist professionals in finding their dream job. We are looking for a Social Media Associate (LinkedIn) to help us expand our social media marketing reach and engagement with potential candidates within the on-shore and off-shore IT consulting companies.

Job Overview:

As a Social Media Associate (LinkedIn), you will be responsible for engaging with our target candidate pool using LinkedIn. You will use automated tools such as Phantom Buster to increase profile views and engage candidates through organic LinkedIn direct messages. You will also create LinkedIn polls that engage candidates meaningfully and respond to InMail. Your goal will be to funnel leads to the recruitment team and increase our social media reach and engagement with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with our target candidate pool using LinkedIn

Use automated tools such as Phantom Buster to increase profile views

Create LinkedIn polls that engage candidates meaningfully

Respond to InMail and engage candidates through organic LinkedIn direct messages

Funnel leads to the recruitment team

Increase our social media reach and engagement with potential candidates

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Associate (LinkedIn) or similar role

Familiarity with LinkedIn and its features

Experience using automated tools such as Phantom Buster

Excellent communication skills

Ability to engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn direct messages and respond to InMail

Excellent time management skills

Ability to work remotely and independently

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are 9am - 5pm IST. This is a remote job and you can work from anywhere in India.
