Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team at Hilton in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Hilton's brand and drive revenue growth. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with plenty of room for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities: - Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth - Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and reports - Coordinate and attend events, tradeshows, and promotions to represent Hilton - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals - Monitor and track marketing performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and be resourceful in problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools - Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content creation is a plus
