Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Online Marketing Assistant to join our team at Quintiles Transnational Holdings in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in online marketing and be highly motivated, hardworking, and driven.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation - Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of online marketing strategies with overall marketing goals - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build a strong online presence - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the online space - Assist in creating content for websites, blogs, and other online platforms

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in online marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Strong analytical and creative skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
