Job Description:
Organized and structured style of work and a fast Learner.
Handling urgent calls emails and messages when sales managers are unavailable answering customer queries informing them of delays arranging delivery dates and scheduling marketing events.
Handling orders by phone email etc. and checking the orders have the correct prices discounts and product numbers.
Inputting orders ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales marketing queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
Team Spirit Oriented & Attendant.
Pleasant Highly Tolerant & Flexible Optimistic and willing.
Well receiving & comprehending orders.
Requirements:
Experience: Above 3 to 4 years
Fluent in English speaking and writing as well.
Corporate gifts advertising and event industry experience is mandatory.
Well worse with excel and formulas.
Designing tool like photoshop & illustrator then it will be an advantage.
Knowledge in Arabic and other languages except English is an added value.
Customer Service/ Sales experience is must.
Knowledge of branding technique like printing etc. will be an advantage.
Job Types: Fulltime Permanent
Pay: AED4000.00 AED5500.00 per month
